Chief Operating Officer (Mar 2007 to Dec 2016)

  • Responsible for the Finance, Administration, Property, IT, Distribution, Warehousing, Call Centre, Volunteer workforce and Logistics supply chain for the entire organisation in 5 States and 230 locations

  • Responsible for organisation’s Sustainability Program implementation and Salvos Stores Emergency Response Program

  • Derived and implemented the strategic initiatives in order to allow and proactively grow the business alongside the CEO

  • Obtained $2M grant from the Victorian Government during the 2 year’ tenure as Victorian Chairman of NACRO

  • Established thriving charity export business from scratch, netting Salvos Stores of approximately $1.5M p.a.

  • Restructured Finance & Admin systems, warehousing, call center, implemented sustainability program, triple bottom line.
